How can I track my order?
Customers will receive and email containing tracking information 1 to 2 business days after submitting their order.
How long will it take for my order to deliver?
For domestic orders allow up to 7 full business days for orders to ship and deliver [please note most items ship and deliver within four full business days].
For international orders: allow up to 12 full business days for orders to ship and deliver.
Why does my credit card info clear out when I change my address?
This is a simple security measure that we use on the CrossFit Store website to ensure you are actually a human and not a computer. We ask that you re-enter your credit card information whenever you make a change to your address.
What happens if I forgot to use my discount code?
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot make any adjustments to your order including pricing, size adjustment, address, etc..
Can I use a discount code issued for shopcrossfitreebok.com to purchase custom Lifter or Nano shoes at shop.reebok.com?
No. Discount codes for shopcrossfitreebok.com can only be used on that website. Discount codes issued to shopcrossfitreebok.com are not valid on any other website.
